Bacon and Tomato Pasta Dinner
10 slices bacon chopped
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. garlic and herb cream cheese
3 c. fusilli pasta
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
salt and fresh cracked pepper
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain.
Add milk, parmesan and cream cheese and cook until thickened. About 3-5
min. Cook pasta and drain. Add to sauce in skillet. Add tomatoes
and bacon until heated through. Serve with a garden salad.
