Heirloom Tomatoes with Basil
 
2 lbs. mixed heirloom tomatoes
mix different colored heirlooms
pinch of salt and pepper
1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1 T. wine vinegar
4 leaves fresh basil, slivered
 
Cut tomatoes 1/2 inch thick, arrange slices on a platter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and vinegar.
Sprinkle with basil and serve with fresh crusty bread.
